Accessing the Game Control Panel

The Game Control Panel is the central hub for managing your DazcoHost servers. From here you can start and stop your server, manage files, access the console, set up scheduled tasks, handle databases, and adjust all other settings in one place.

Logging In for the First Time

If this is your first service with us, you will receive an email titled Account Created containing a link to set your password.

1. Open the "Account Created" email and click the link inside to set your password. (Check your spam folder if you can't find it.)
2. Go to the DazcoHost Game Control Panel page.
3. Enter your email address and the password you just created, then click Log In.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

If the system asks you for a verification code, that means two-factor authentication is enabled on your account. Enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app. If you've lost access to the app, you can use your Backup Code or open a support ticket through the Client Area to get it resolved.

Finding Your Server

Once logged in, your server list will appear. Each server displays the following information:

• Status: Indicates whether the server is running, stopped, or starting.
• Name: The display name of your server.
• UUID: The unique identifier for the server (used when opening support tickets).
• Primary IP: The IP address and port players use to connect.
• Node: The physical machine your server runs on.
• Usage: Shows current CPU, RAM, disk usage, and player count.

Server Page Layout

When you open any server, you'll land directly on the console page. From there you can:

• Console: View server output and send commands.
• Server Controls: Buttons to start, stop, restart, or force-kill the server.
• Usage Graphs: Live charts for CPU and memory usage.
• Sidebar: Gives you access to file management, databases, scheduled tasks, startup configuration, and more.

Resetting Your Password

If you need to reset your Game Control Panel password, you can do so through:

The Login Page

Use the "Reset Password" button on the login page. You'll receive an email containing a link to set a new password.

The Client Area

If you no longer have access to the reset email, you can change your password through the Client Area.

1. Open the "Services" dropdown in the Client Area navbar and click "My Services".
2. Select the service from the list.
3. Click on "Change Password" in the Actions sidebar.
4. Enter the new password in both fields, then click "Save Changes".
