Finding Your Server UUID

Your Server UUID is the unique identifier for your DazcoHost server. Support and our Discord bot both use it to look up the right server, so you'll be asked for it any time you open a ticket or request a backup.

There are two places to find it:

From the Server List

  1. Log in to the Game Control Panel.
  2. Find your server in the list on the homepage.
  3. The UUID is the 8-character string on the top-right of the server's entry (for example, f462d8ca).

From the Panel URL

  1. Click your server in the list to open it.
  2. Look at your browser's address bar.
  3. The short ID after /server/ in the URL is your Server UUID.

For example, in https://gcp.dazcohost.com/server/f462d8ca, the UUID is f462d8ca. That short ID is the same value shown on the server list entry, and is what support will ask for. Pasting the full URL works fine too.

💡 If you have multiple servers: Make sure you're copying the UUID for the server the issue is happening on, not a different server on your account. Support can only act on the UUID you give them.
